Material composition

Cementare is a continuous decorative coating system made from hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, synthetic resins, special additives and pigments, prepared by mixing with water. On properly prepared substrates, it provides strong adhesion and high mechanical resistance.

How is it applied?

Surface preparation

The substrate must be clean, dry, sound, free from dust and oil, and sufficiently even. Primer requirements should be assessed according to substrate absorbency and condition; where necessary, a suitable bonding primer should be used.

Mixing

Cementare is prepared with the powder component, water and the selected pigment. The material should be mixed uniformly in the following sequence.

Add the required amount of water and pigment to a clean container and mix until the colour is uniform.

Slowly add the powder component while continuing to mix at low speed.

Mix for at least 5 minutes until the material is smooth and free of lumps.

Consumption

Consumption may vary depending on substrate texture, application area and whether the surface is horizontal or vertical.
